Salisbury Hospital staff are being offered a range of exclusive local discounts as a gesture of appreciation from businesses in the area. This initiative is part of a new scheme developed in collaboration with Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce, and Salisbury Business Improvement District.
The discounts are a way of thanking the hard-working and dedicated staff of Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust who continually demonstrate resilience and commitment despite the challenges they face and the increasing living costs they encounter.
The scheme, launched on Wednesday, November 22, features a variety of offers and discounts to assist hospital staff in saving money on entertainment, food and drink, home insurance, hairdressing, and more.

Melanie Whitfield, chief people officer for Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, expressed, “Our people have told us they value the financial and practical support we can give them and their families. Listening to the feedback, we have created a scheme which supports both hospital staff and Salisbury businesses and I’m delighted that we can work together."
Tony White, managing director of Premier Fish, a fishmonger in Salisbury’s Fish Row, also voiced his enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, “We are excited about this whole opportunity - to be able to give something back to such inspiring people is an incredible feeling.”
